Specialty Natural Products Public Company Limited (SNPS)

Mr.Surapit Kirtiputra, Chairman of the Board, Associate Professor Dr. Panvipa Krisdaphong, Chairwoman of the Executive Committee, Dr. Theeraya Krisdaphong, Chief Executive Officer, together with the company’s board of directors, attended the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in a hybrid format at the meeting room of Specialty Innovation Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary), and via electronic media (E-AGM). The meeting was held to report on the company’s performance over the past year and to present growth strategies for 2025, focusing on product development and market expansion both domestically and internationally.

The shareholders’ meeting approved all agenda items, including the resolution to pay a dividend for the 2024 operating results at the rate of 0.13 baht per share. The dividend payment is scheduled for May 22, 2025.
